Programme details
Starting on Monday 21st June, join my 5 week SUP/Surf Fitness & Yoga programme!
The programme covers a range of SUP and Surf fitness elements including:
- Cardio fitness
- Power
- Mobility
- Strength and muscular endurance
- Balance
- Coordination
- Breath
Each week will have a particular focus running through it, with an overall progression over the 5 weeks.
Programme format and price
The 5 week programme will include:
- 2 live sessions per week and 1 pre-recorded (1 cardio focussed, one mobility/strength focused, one yoga session)
- Access to an EXCLUSIVE page only for those part of the programme
- Recordings of all live classes to do if you can't make it or to repeat
- A pre-recorded challenge each week
- Group motivation from other members
- Group meet up at the beginning, part way through and the end
- Option to add 1:1 support / training

All this is worth over £80 – book by the 19th June and you pay £50 (£10 for online paid members)*

Want to get more out of the programme with 1:1 support? In addition to the 5 week programme you will get:
- 1:1 chat and goal setting at the start
- Surf or SUP specific training programme to follow along side (including pre-recorded content) (other sports such as kayaking catered for)
- 1:1 chat part way through to update on progress and modify as required
- 1:1 review at the end
