Starting on Monday 22nd Feb, join my 5 day SUP/Surf Fitness & Yoga bootcamp.
The bootcamp covers a range of SUP and Surf fitness elements including:
- Cardio fitness
- Power
- Mobility
- Strength and muscular endurance
- Balance
- Coordination
- Breath

The sessions were well planned and balanced, focusing on different areas of the body and between cardio and mobility. All the exercises focused on assisting with SUP or surfing and This was explained. I felt less stiff generally and could also feel an improvement in my fitness. They were also fun to do and varied.

Three sessions a week and with a variety of activity/focus (cardio/mobility/yoga) is perfect for me. Bring able to catch up with recorded sessions if I can't join live is really good + being able to do a class again if I want to is good. I like it when you explain what muscle we should feel an exercise/stretch in &/ the purpose/intention of the exercise/stretch/movement - it helps me know if I'm doing it correctly and focusing on the correct area of my body.

The 5 day bootcamp will include:

- Recordings of all live classes to do if you can't make it or to repeat
