Starting on Friday 12th March, join my 2 week Introduction to Eat Well Programme.
The programme incorporates:
- What you need for a balanced diet
- How much of each food group and what types of foods in those groups are more healthy
- Bringing awareness to your hunger levels
- Principles of healthy eating
- Body type analysis
- Eating for your body type (Ayurveda)
- Lifestyle for your body type
- Yoga for digestive health
- Recipe suggestions
Programme format and price
The 2 week programme will include:
- 10 live sessions covering the various aspects of eating well in bitesized chunks and group discussion
- An EXCLUSIVE Eat Well Page where you can access resources and videos
- Recordings of all live classes to do if you can't make the odd session or to review the content
- Access to 4 live yoga classes
- Digestive detox (optional)
- Group motivation from other members through an exclusive What's App group and live sessions
- Option to extend the programme for additional learning, motivation and support
- Option to add 1:1 support (see below)
