Course dates for 2021 have been released!
Do you love teaching yoga and love being out on the water – then look no further!
Join me in learning the key safety requirements and modifications for yoga poses in order to deliver basic SUP yoga sessions at flat water locations, no more than 50 metres from shore. Learn about anchoring, reading conditions and more. You must hold a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certificate and have 10 hrs experience of SUP Yoga and 20 hrs experience on a SUP.
If you need more SUP or SUP Yoga experience before joining on the course then contact me to either arrange this with myself or an instructor close to your home.
Here are the dates for the upcoming courses. Please note that you will most likely be required to obtain a SUP Rescue Certificate unless you have a suitable equivalent in date. These courses run the day after to enable you to get this qualification at the same time.
