- provides a holistic approach to SUP/Surf fitness and agility (cardio, power, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, focus and breath) incorporating a variety of exercises.
- has the support of a friendly group of like minded people to keep up motivation
- has sessions between 5 and 60 minutes

Starting on Monday 1st November, join my 30 day SUP/Surf Fitness & Yoga programme!
The programme covers a range of SUP and Surf fitness elements including:
- Cardio fitness
- Power
- Mobility
- Strength and muscular endurance
- Balance
- Coordination
- Breath
Programme format and price
The 30 day programme will include:
- A combination of live sessions and pre-recorded sessions
- Recordings of all live classes to do if you can't make them
- Something every day providing a balanced, progressive programme

We will be using mainly items from around the house such as chairs, walls, tins of food etc. but if you have small weights or resistance bands then you will have the option to use these
The live sessions will be recorded and posted a couple of hours after the session so you won’t miss out
You will have an extra 7 days after the programme has finished to catch up or repeat sessions if you fancy
