Private Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation

Book a private yoga session for you and/or your family while staying at Top of the Woods to help you to relieve anxiety and stress, reawaken your body and reconnect with yourself and others – helping you make the most of your time away.

Other services are available on request include sports massage (potentially onsite), Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and SUP Yoga. Contact me to enquire further.
