My wellbeing and adventure experiences incorporate wellbeing and nature at the heart. You can choose to have a private session, bring a partner, friends or family or join a small group. Whether floating down the river through the gorge or doing downward facing dog overlooking Cardigan Bay, I will take you on a journey to escape from it all.
Why choose to SUP with Leanne?
If you are looking for an experience that is a little bit different then you have come to the right place. My Wellbeing and Adventure Experiences are not only fun but good for your physical and mental wellbeing. Here is why you should choose to come out with me:

In our 90 min session I will take you through the basics elements such as moving in a straight line, turning, stopping and standing as well as how to self rescue. On my SUP Wise course (ASI) you will learn to perfect these and also learn pivot turns, how to pick where to paddle etc. and will be issued with a certificate.
Would you like to get away from it all? Reconnect with nature and yourself? Then try one of my SUP’aris incorporating mindful paddling, relaxation and a couple of yoga moves. Choose from the beautiful river gorge of the Teifi or the stunning waters of Cardigan Bay – both European Protected Sites for their nature.
A different SUP experience. Find the balanced feeling you have been searching for and discover paddleboarding in a more relaxed and centered way. Set to your level, take in the motion of the water whilst enhancing your focus and improving your posture. A fun and unique experience not to be missed.
Looking for something different to do for your wedding anniversary, birthday or hen do? Either an experience for yourself or with your partner, family or friends I can organise an experience to make your celebration special. I can also run taster sessions to add something special to your festival, workshop or team building event.
