Whether online or in person I can help you improve your mobility, balance, endurance and mindset in your paddleboarding. Whether you want to do a longer trip or go out in more dynamic conditions, or your a beginner trying to master getting back on the board or standing up, this is the programme for you. I can also undertake or review video analysis and provide a tailored programme to boost your technique.

If you are looking to improve your technique, fitness and mobility, meanwhile having fun with some fantastic like minded people, then join my online and face to face group SUP/Surf Fitness & Coaching Programmes. Online SUP/Surf Programmes

8 Week SUP/Surf Mobility

Do you want to catch more waves? Maybe you struggle to stand up and stay stood on your paddleboard? Or it could be you trying to get back to mobility following an injury?

Then join my 8 week SUP/Surf Mobility Programme.

With one 1hr live session a week (online but I am also hoping to have an in person option – watch this space), complemented by recordings from the 1hr sessions, and 15 minute sessions focusing on a particular area, you will feel your body start to move more freely as the weeks pass on this progressive programme, and in doing so feel your performance go from strength to strength,

Most frequent questions and answers

Of course, members are privy to an exclusive discount to the bootcamps and programmes, as well as all other sessions. 

Regular sessions are held on the in West Wales (New Quay, Aberporth, Cilgerran & Cardigan) and South West Wales (Solva, Newgale). Monthly surf sessions are also held in South Wales.

Absolutely – many sessions are available online so you are very welcome to join in with these wherever you are.
