How it works

Starting with week 1, make your way through the programme doing the weekly video at least once in the week (ideally 2 to get the most benefits), through to week 6. It is recommended you schedule the time in your diary like you would a class to make sure you do it.

There are also some extra videos which are shorter to fit in when you can. These will bring additional benefits. Try to focus on the areas you need to work on, not so much the ones you are already strong in.

Please read ‘what do I need for the sessions‘ to get your area prepared. 

Getting started

Also make sure you fill out the Health Form if you haven’t previously.

What do I need for each session

For each session you will need:

– A clear space free of trip hazards and other obstacles and distractions e.g. children, pets, TV etc.

– A soft surface that is non-slip such as the carpet, a yoga / fitness or camping mat.

– Access to a blank wall / back of sofa / chair for alternatives to some exercises.

– To wear something that is comfortable and you can move and bend in and suitable shoes for the fitness sessions.

– Water.

– To check the equipment list which will be posted prior to the session in the timetable of any additional equipment – this will be things that you should have around the house.

Ignore the total time – once you have been through these a couple of times they shouldn’t take more than 15-20 mins if you scroll through my waffle!
