SUP Coaching Level 1 & 2
If your a complete beginner, improver or intermediate paddler, join me on a lesson or coaching session to either learn to SUP or improve your paddling skills with the aim to increase your efficiency, learn how to paddle to reduce the risk of injury and learn about safety. 1:1, private group or group sessions available.
Work towards your ASI SUP Wise qualifications to demonstrate you are Level 1 (enclosed waters – e.g. rivers, lakes, harbours with certain criteria) and Level 2 (exposed waters – e.g. sea, some harbours and lakes) competent.

Most frequent questions and answers
Yes, wetsuits are not provided so please bring your own or similar suitable clothing (I do have some so worth an ask if you don’t have one). Please bear in mind that even on warm days the water can be cold.
Baggy clothing such as tshirts and hoodies are very difficult to swim in so please avoid these as well as gym shoes.
