Do you love teaching yoga and  love being out on the water – then look no further! Join me in learning the key safety requirements and modifications for yoga poses in order to deliver basic SUP yoga sessions at flat water locations, no more than 50 metres from shore. Learn about anchoring, reading conditions and more. You must hold a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certificate and have 10 hrs experience of SUP Yoga and 20 hrs experience on a SUP.

Looking to deliver an alternative fitness experience – then this is for you. Join me in learning the key safety requirements, modifications for exercises, gain ideas in order to conduct stand up paddle fitness sessions with basic to intermediate-advanced exercises, including using resistance bands.. Learn about anchoring, reading conditions and more. You must hold a L3 fitness qualification and have 10 hrs experience of SUP Fitness and 20 hrs experience on a SUP.

This online traditional 200hr Teacher Training (TT) programme is,  designed by Wise Living Yoga Academy and accredited by the International Board of Yoga, provides a strong foundation on Classical Yoga Philosophy (Patañjali Ashtanga Yoga), Lifestyle Principles (Yogachara) and Yoga Techniques (Hatha cum Raja Yoga).

The course are delivered in collaboration with Leanne Bird Wellbeing and Adventure.

These online 50 hr modules,  designed by Wise Living Yoga Academy and accredited by the International Board of Yoga, provide a strong foundation on Classical Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle Principles and Yoga Techniques. Take individually or combine modules.

These courses are delivered in collaboration with Leanne Bird Wellbeing and Adventure.
