Need to improving your fitness, mobility or balance to further your sport? Or maybe you just want to keep fit when off the water. My 5 day SUP/Surf Bootcamps and 5 week SUP/Surf Programmes are targeted programmes for improving various aspects of each sport including pop ups, balance, getting to standing, hip mobility, lung capacity and much more. Don’t want to commit to a programme? Book an individual class.

If you are looking to improve your technique and fitness, meanwhile having fun with some fantastic like minded people, then join my regular SUP Fitness & Training Sessions or Surf Senioritas’ Academy Sessions. Although in a group, I always try and give everyone individual feedback so you should see your technique, fitness and confidence come on leaps and bounds over time. Above all the sessions are fun and all the people are so friendly.

Most frequent questions and answers

As there are extra sessions, group community and other added bonuses with the Bootcamps and Programmes they are an added extra.

However, as a paid member you get £10 off the 5 day Bootcamp (costing you £5) and a massive £40 off the 5 week Programme (costing you £10)!

Regular sessions are held on the in West Wales (New Quay, Aberporth, Cilgerran & Cardigan) and South West Wales (Solva, Newgale).

Absolutely – many sessions are available online so you are very welcome to join in with these wherever you are.
