Wellbeing and Adventure Workshops
From day yoga detox retreats to more extensive yoga courses, sport specific workshops such as ‘surf pop ups’ and lifestyle training, Leanne Bird Wellbeing & Adventure offers a wide range of practical learning to help support your health and wellbeing. These courses are offered online and in person.
What courses are available?
My passion is in helping others get to where they want to be, not just the goals on the surface, but the real goals, the why. These are the ones that make a big difference to your life, but often things we just live with. Here are just some of the retreats and workshops I offer.
- 1 day online Yoga for Detox (17th January 2021)
- 1 day online Yoga for Posture (dates to be announced soon)
- 50 hr online Foundation of Hatha Yoga
- 50 hr online Yoga Psychology and Philosophy
- 50 hr online Yoga of Meditation and Dharma
- 1 day online Yoga for Mental Wellbeing (dates to be announced)
