If you are looking for a fresh start, to change your life for the better, either by feeling fitter, managing your weight, being in less pain, coping better with stress or overall just feeling more healthy – then I can help you. I am passionate about helping people to live happier and healthier – for the long term – and I would love to help kickstart your journey. Sessions can be either online or in person (limited locations) in your own home or outdoors.

Freedom 2 Be Fit
Are you looking to get fitter? Tone up, increase strength or flexibility, or maybe manage your weight? Then this is the programme for you. This programme of personal training incorporating cardio exercises, body weight and small weight/resistance exercises and mobility stretching tailored to your needs can be carried out either online or in person (indoors or outdoors). Can also incorporate a nutrition plan.

Freedom 2 Be Stress Free
Are you struggling with stress? Feeling anxious or generally feeling low? Then this programme is for you. This programme of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation as well as lifestyle changes will help you to increase your resilience to stress and help you feel more able to cope with day to day anxieties. It will also help to lift your mood and improve your overall wellbeing.

Freedom 2 Be Pain Free
Are you struggling with ongoing lower back issues or maybe issues with your shoulders, hips, feet or knees? Are you struggling with postural pain? Then this is the programme for you. This tailored programme of targeted strengthening and stretching exercises, sports massage (where appropriate) and breathing exercises will help you to reduce, manage, and in some cases, eliminate your pain.

Freedom 2 Be Healthy
Are you looking to all round be more healthy? Want to increase your energy? Feel more in control mentally and physically? Then this is the programme for you. This tailored programme will incorporate lifestyle changes including motivation, increased activity, improved nutrition, sleep habits and more. Sessions will include catch ups on lifestyle and a programme of movements, breathing and relaxation.

Physical training
Tailored cardio, strength and strengthening and flexibility exercises for a smaller waist, more toned body, improved mobility and just a general feeling of wellness and fitness.

Sports massage
Tailored massage session with appropriate exercise plan for postural aches and pains, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knee pain and more.

Nutrition plan
7 day food diary analysis and subsequent plan based on the eat well plan and your likes and dislikes. We can also incorporate the wider principles of the indian techniques of Auryveda. Vegetarian and vegan diets can be catered for.

Yoga
Tailored yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and lifestyle changes to increase stress resilience, reduce anxiety and increase flexibility and mobility.

Healthy lifestyle
Tailored overall plan for developing a healthy lifestyle including sleep hygiene, nutrition and hydration, alcohol intake, motivation and more.

Most frequent questions and answers
Yes, I provide sessions in person to sessions for people in south Ceredigion, North Pembrokeshire and West Carmarthenshire. These can currently be carried out in your garden but not in your home due to COVID-19 restrictions
Yes all of our 1:1 services are available online apart from sports massage.
