
Online 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
This online traditional 200hr Teacher Training programme is, designed by Wise Living Yoga Academy and accredited by the International Board of Yoga and Royal Yoga Alliance, provides a strong foundation on Classical Yoga Philosophy (Patañjali Ashtanga Yoga), Lifestyle Principles (Yogachara) and Yoga Techniques (Hatha cum Raja Yoga).
The course, delivered in collaboration with Leanne Bird Wellbeing and Adventure, is divided into four modules of a duration of two weeks each. You are welcome to join the modules individually (50hrs – £320 per module) or enroll in all 8 weeks (£960 – saving £320) and receive your 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification!

In this two week course on the Foundation of Hatha Yoga, you will live a life-transforming experience as we support you bring about deep changes to your habits, thoughts, and personality at all levels – spiritual, emotional, mental, social, and physical. You will be provided with practical tools of self-care, including yoga postures, nutrition, yoga psychology and relaxation techniques, by the most loving and caring teachers, in a safe, professional and organised atmosphere.

Yoga Psychology and Philosophy
This module offers a comprehensive understanding of the human mind and psychology through the study of the most authentic Yoga Scripture – The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This study will enable you to understand the structure of your mind, thoughts, and personality, in order to reach a higher level of consciousness and awareness. Alongside this study, a daily practice of Yoga techniques and meditation will give you a complete Yoga experience.
Find your life’s purpose through understanding spirituality and traditional Yoga according to the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita. This study will give the seeker a beautiful experience and insight into meditation while realizing and overcoming their attachments, fears, and insecurities. Learn the art of action to bring freedom and love to your life!

Yoga Physiology and Teaching Methodology
This is the final module in the Online 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course; this module can only be taken after completing the first three modules. This module ensures that students end this training with the confidence needed to start a new journey of spreading knowledge that will encourage social and individual changes. The graduates will attain a prestigious international certificate which allows them to teach and share Yoga with their community and around the globe.

Most frequent questions and answers
Yes, no problem. Sign up for one module, two, three or the full 200hr course.
Yes, the sessions are live on zoom but if you can’t make the odd session you can watch the recording later that day.
Sessions are Monday to Saturday for 1.5 – 2 hrs
You will need to commit around 25-30 hrs a week between the live sessions, practical homework and reflection
You should try to make as many live sessions as you can so you can ask questions and gain direct feedback, as well as feel part of the wider learning family. However, sessions are recorded so you can watch them later that day if you can’t make it.
